Conditions
Included in the price are:
- Electricity, water, and internet
- Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels (linen package)
Only €120 for final cleaning and a €300 security deposit will be charged additionally.
The final cleaning fee and the security deposit can be paid on-site upon arrival, if desired. The security deposit will be refunded in cash on the day of departure or via bank transfer within three days of departure.
Minimum rental period: 7 days. Arrival and departure days are flexible.
Arrival: from 4 pm to 9 pm (Other times by arrangement)
Departure: by 10 am (Other times by arrangement)
Discounts:
Early Bird Discount: 10% for bookings made 6 months or more before the arrival date.
Last Minute Discount: 10% for bookings with an arrival date less than 14 days away.
Discount for waiving the right to cancel: 10%
Discounts are only applied to the rental price. Discounts cannot be combined. However, we offer a 15% discount for early bird bookings (at least 6 months before the arrival date) and waiving the right to cancel.
Cancellation policy:
30 days before check-in: 100% refund
14-30 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund
Payment terms:
30% deposit within 7 days of booking confirmation
70% no later than 30 days before check-in
Key handover
The keys will be handed over on site.
Approximately 14 days before your arrival, we will send you the contact details (phone number) of the person who will grant you access to the house, either via WhatsApp or email. You should inform this person of your planned arrival time via WhatsApp a few days before your arrival. On the day of arrival itself, please let them know your exact arrival time about one hour beforehand.
