Description

The well-maintained holiday home, completed in 2020, has two bedrooms, each with two beds (each bed is 200x90 cm). The two bathrooms (one each on the ground floor and one on the upper floor) have a shower in addition to a sink and a toilet. The shower on the upper floor is particularly spacious. The house is bright and modernly furnished. It is located near the beach and therefore offers a perfect starting point for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The rooms are tastefully furnished and offer enough space for 4 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook together. Outside there is an east-facing terrace on the ground floor and another west-facing terrace on the upper floor. With the help of an electrically operated awning, the east terrace is ideal as a breakfast terrace. On the west terrace you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The holiday home promises a relaxed and comfortable stay in a dreamlike environment.

Equipment

The furnishings of the house are modern and new. Tiled floors, white, double-glazed new windows, fly screens (mosquito protection) on all windows, roller shutters, security entrance door and marble staircase upstairs, fitted wardrobes, modern air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms, terraces, smart TV, communal pool, fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob and electric oven, coffee machine (Delonghi + filter), toaster, flat screen TV, internet.

In addition to the powerful and free WiFi (600 MB fiber optic), the house has two modern LG Smart TVs (bedroom first floor and living room ground floor). All German radio and television channels can be received using a satellite system. Spanish radio and television channels can be received via a shared antenna at the holiday resort. Outside, garden furniture and a gas grill are available on both terraces. The holiday complex is self-contained and therefore also very suitable for families with small children. A private parking space is available free of charge directly in front of the house. The communal pool can be reached from the terrace side via a path after a few meters. E-cars and e-bike batteries can be charged at the house.

Location and surroundings

Quiet, absolutely preferred residential area only 680 m from the sea and beach (Playa Deveses). Les Deveses beach is the widest and most beautiful sandy beach in the municipality of Dénia, stretching for almost 3 kilometers.

Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Masymas and Consum), bars and restaurants and a fitness studio can be easily reached in El Verger in just a few minutes. Denia, just 8 kilometers away, has a healing climate, a modern marina, numerous golf courses in the area as well as a long-standing culture and excellent gastronomy. Medical care is guaranteed with the modern hospital in La Xara and various private clinics in Denia. There are also several German-speaking doctors on site. There are airports (Valencia and Alicante) just an hour's drive away. Ferry connections to the islands of Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera also exist.

A good 60 minutes to the dream city of Valencia, which has everything holiday guests could want in terms of culture and shopping. The beautiful mountainous hinterland with orange, almond and cherry trees can also be reached in a few minutes by car. For golf lovers, there are three beautiful golf courses nearby.

The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as hiking, cycling and of course water sports. The region also has a lot to offer culturally with historic cities and sights nearby.

Miscellaneous

We purchased this holiday home in 2024 and prefer to use it ourselves between October and March. We have decided to rent the house out to friends, family members and also through a regional holiday agency during the rest of the time. Since we use our house ourselves for longer periods of time, you will find a house in which you will not miss anything and in which you will have a very pleasant time.
