Our prices (only for direct bookings)

As you've probably seen, we work with a service provider (currently Holidu) that automatically presents our holiday home on several vacation and travel portals (e.g., Booking, Airbnb, Holidu, FeWo Direkt, and others). The prices listed there include flat rates for the linen package and electricity. Depending on the portal, final cleaning is also included; only the security deposit is listed separately. Furthermore, the portal prices include commission costs, which can sometimes be considerable.

The prices listed below are only available for direct bookings via our email:

Please note: Commissions also apply when "Booking Holidu".

When booking directly via our email address, payments are only possible via bank transfer.

December 21, 2025 - January 10, 2026:

January 11, 2026 - March 21, 2026:

March 22, 2026 - May 30, 2026:

May 31, 2026 - June 20, 2026:
100€ per day / 700€ per week

June 21, 2026 - July 11, 2026:
115€ per day / 805€ per week

July 12, 2026 - July 25, 2026:
135€ per day / 945€ per week

July 26, 2026 - August 15, 2026:
140€ per day / 980€ per week

August 16, 2026 - August 29, 2026:
150€ per day / 1.050€ per week

August 30, 2026 - September 12, 2026:
115€ per day / 805€ per week

September 13, 2026 - December 19, 2026:

You can freely agree on the rental period with us.

Winter rental:
A longer winter stay is also possible in this house.
The period from November 17, 2025, to January 15, 2026, costs €1,900.

WiFi (fiber optic) included!

Mandatory additional costs:
Final cleaning: €120
Electricity based on consumption (€0.30 per kWh)
A security deposit of €400 is required on the day of arrival.

Optional:
One set of bed linen and two towels is available upon request. €20 per person;
additional towels are available upon request.
